When will my bed arrive?
UK delivery is scheduled for December 2026. Beds are in production now, and we'll email you with tracking and a delivery window when yours ships.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Cancel any time before your bed is delivered and we will refund you in full. Just email info@onizion.com with your order number. After delivery, you have 30 days to change your mind; see our refund policy.
How can I pay?
All major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure checkout. You pay the full £2,799 when you order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. At launch we deliver to the UK only, including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Europe is coming soon, with delivery and all import taxes included in the price. Join the waitlist to hear first.
